Pointer5 partnered with NCN and Sonae to co-design and execute SkillStorm, an ideathon created to engage university students in developing innovative solutions for the future of workforce reskilling.

 

Focused on emerging needs in employability, upskilling, and talent transformation, the program challenged multidisciplinary teams to design concepts that respond to real organisational scenarios.

Our role included the strategic design of the ideathon framework, challenge definition, participant experience flow and facilitation methodologies, ensuring alignment between NCN objectives and the innovation potential of the student community.

The initiative created a structured environment for experimentation, idea validation and high-impact knowledge exchange, contributing to Sonae’s broader agenda for talent development and professional requalification.
